- ALUN OWEN Review added: 2018.08.26★ ★ ★ ★ ★Stayed at the Castle Inn for 3 nights from Tuesday November 1. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. The room was very pleasant with a good wifi signal. The leisure club was clean & a pleasure to use. The breakfast was very enjoyable & a good choice available but I cannot comment about the restaurant as we did not not eat other meals in the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay & I will be returning there next time I want to stay in that area.
- Craig-David Watson Review added: 2018.04.11★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great hotel, very clean and tidy room, spacious and comfortable, particularly nice powerful shower (over bath) in the bright, modern bathroom. Staff gave a warm informative welcome and always happy to help. Our room had great views and was peaceful despite being above the bar, there was also no road noise. Wifi connection fast and stable. It's in a convenient scenic location, only 10min drive to Keswick. The hotel entrance is away from the main road and seperate to the bar/restaurant which is a nice touch. Plenty of safe parking at the nicely presented hotel entrance. Thank you for a lovely stay and plan to return!
